In addition to the quiet and convenient location, the apartment is suitable for couples of all ages. The apartment has extra wide doors and a walk-in shower.
In addition to pure bathing pleasure on the Baltic Sea beach, numerous water sports are also possible. There is a surfing and sailing school (also for children) at the backwaters about 5 minutes away. Kiting, surfing, boating and fishing are possible here.

Would you like to bring your own boat? No problem. The sports boat harbor of Ückeritz with its own slip system is available for you on the backwaters.

You can easily explore the island by bike, train or car. Near the apartment there is a stop for the Usedom Baths Railway.

A visit to neighboring Poland with the well-known 'Poland market' is also worthwhile, but Swinoujscie is also worth a visit.

There are two supermarkets with a bakery in the immediate vicinity available for your daily needs.
