Katherine is a great host. The only concern was that the dock was further from the home as expected. Otherwise, everything was great, the beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful and private stay with no noisyneighbors. The place is exactly as described in the pictures and is very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. There is a very short walk to the dock, though it could be a bit difficult for someone with walking issues. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't use the boat dock, but we understand this was due to the water being down and not the host's fault.

Very responsive host and communicated well. She took her time to even replace one of the TV’s with a larger one within hours of our arrival. It was a pleasure to meet her and her brother. Excellent host that made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Quite and safe neighborhood. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The home was clean and the bathrooms were exceptional. Our dogs loved the house & enjoyed going out on the secure screened in porch. The location was convenient to stores & restaurants. Nice walk down to the lake & dock.
