Enjoy luxurious amenities, including a 2-3 person infrared sauna adjoining the master bath. The back deck features a 5-6 person hot tub, perfect for unwinding, and a freestanding propane heater to keep you cozy on chilly nights. The bar-height table with a fire pit comfortably seats 8, creating a perfect spot for friends to enjoy good conversation under the stars.

Indoors, you can watch a game on the big screen or sip cocktails while playing billiards on the vintage pool table upstairs. The garage is fully equipped with a full-size ping pong table for added fun. Just a short walk down the enchanting path from the back door leads you to the scenic shores of Clarks Hill Lake.

The large floating dock can accommodate your boat.

There's a spacious swim area and plenty of open space for activities like fishing, corn-hole, or just running around.
