The location was perfect for me since my friend is only 5 mins away from this place. Communication with hosts was easy and I get the responses real quick. If I come back to NJ, will definitely come back to this place

The review is not about the advertised property but about the upper unit in the same building. Taralyn let me know on the arrival day that the unit we reserved had a problem and therefore she upgraded us to the upper one. The apartment was perfect: two spacious bedrooms, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet and more. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The stay was just great. Taralyn communicated with us throughout our stay. One thing to note, there is only one parking spot on site. There is street parking in a walking distance. However, the pavement marking is not clear. We received a parking ticket because we did not see the no parking pavement marking. This is absolutely not the host's fault. I am just letting future guests know. Otherwise, everything was just perfect.

Communication with host was very good. Property was very clean. Kitchen is a little dated but it served our purpose. A bit overpriced but know that was due to having World Cup games nearby. Overall it's a good place to book.
