The cosy and modernly furnished holiday home “Ab ans Meer” is located in the North Sea resort of Büsum. The house is surrounded by a lawn that borders the reed-lined waterway of the Groventief. The house includes a parking space and a lockable wooden shed with storage for bicycles and sports equipment.

The light-filled house, with high ceilings and a white-stained wooden beam ceiling on the ground floor, offers ample space for 4–6 guests with approximately 79 m² of living space. The living room features a comfortable sofa set (sofa bed) with an armchair, while the dining area includes a large dining table and a sideboard with a smart TV and stereo system. Books, CDs, and a collection of games are available for entertainment. The house has a fiber-optic connection that provides free Wi-Fi. The living room opens onto a spacious, south-facing terrace. Garden furniture and a beach chair are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A washing machine is also included.

On the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A modern central heating system ensures cosy warmth on cool days, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. A wood-burning stove and an infrared sauna provide a place to unwind and relax.

A solid-wood staircase leads to the attic. A storage room is available under the stairs. The attic features two bedrooms furnished with double beds and a second bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

One pet is allowed in the apartment under supervision. The pet must not be left alone or unsupervised in the apartment.
