The penthouse apartment is located in Norderhafen/Nordstrand, right next to the spa centre in a stylish apartment building, overlooking Forellensee, the North Sea, and the Halligen islands. Restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest beaches are in Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km) and are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a step-in and a shower is located near the spa centre, right next to the building. In the mood for some wellness? A swimming pool, mud bath, and sauna are available across the street at the spa centre. With the Adler ships, you can take trips from Strucklahnungshörn (2 km) to the islands of Amrum, Föhr, Sylt, Pellworm, and the Halligen.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via both an lift and the stairwells.

The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa set with an OLED smart TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Take a seat in the leather armchair and gaze out over the dike towards the Halligen.
The spacious dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen invite you to cook: induction stove, refrigerator with extra freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
With two bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200), a large closet, and blackout curtains, and not only has access to the rooftop terrace but also its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the bathrooms is additionally equipped with a modern steam sauna and a washer-dryer.

Another highlight of this apartment is the sunny rooftop terrace (27 sqm) with exclusive patio furniture and an electric awning.
