Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, making it a natural spot for morning coffee, afternoon downtime, or evenings spent together after a day outside.

The dining area connects seamlessly to the living space, keeping everyone part of the conversation whether you`re sharing meals, playing games, or planning the next day.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped for group meals, with plenty of space to prep and cook. Whether you`re putting together a quick breakfast before heading out or settling in for a full dinner, everything you need is within reach.

Entertainment + Extras

The home is equipped with TVs in the main living area and additional spaces, both with Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming. Guests are welcome to log in using their personal accounts during their stay.

For added flexibility, the home also includes extra card tables that can be used for games, puzzles, or additional dining space for larger groups.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, including all interior spaces, the deck, and the fire pit area.

The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy, secure entry. You’ll receive your unique door code 72 hours prior to arrival.

As part of your stay, you’ll also have access to Black Butte Ranch amenities, including pools, hot tubs, biking paths, golf, and recreation areas. The Glaze Meadow Recreation Center is just a short walk or bike ride away.

Absolutely no wood-burning or open fires are allowed anywhere on the Ranch. Fires are only permitted in designated propane fire pits.

- Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste
