Prachtig uitzicht

Mooi appartement, alles is aanwezig.Straat oversteken en je staat op het strand. Boulevard voor de deur en je kunt heerlijk wandelen naar centrum Oostende

Bel appartement mais ville bitumée

L'appartement est parfait avec une jolie vue sur mer. Malheureusement l'environnement est constitué de bâtiments à perte de vue. Bitume et tours sont la vue que vous avez dos à la plage.. Des constructions sans aucune harmonie...quel dommage.

Spirou

Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt. Bei Nachfragen zeigte man sich lösungsorientiert. Doch ein Rückruf mit weiteren Infos erwartete man vergebens. Auch die Zusatzleistung war nicht zu Beginn vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist schön. Aber für Familien mit Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. Die Barhocker an der Theke werden gern erklettert, die Fensterbank auch.Schön wäre ein Tisch mit Stühlen wo man als Familie zusammen essen kann.Kindersicherung (Steckdosen und Fenstersicherung) haben gefehlt.

Ferienwohnung Oostende/Mariakerke

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in erster Reihe mit Blick zum Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung, die Bettdecken etwas warm für den Sommer ;-) Balkon zum Hinterhof - nur zum Trocknen geeignet und für Raucher ;-) Toller Sandstrand, lange Promenade, Fußweg zur Stadt ca. 45 min (oder Küstenbahn 1,70-2,50€). Supermarkt ca 15 min, Restaurants und Eisdiele vor Ort, auch Strandbar. Freie Parkplätze um die Ecke. Also prima Möglichkeiten. Wer allerdings einen gemütlichen Ort sucht mit ansprechender Architektur, dem wird De Haan gut gefallen. Wer gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und von Beton- und Glasfassaden nicht zu viel bekommt, findet hier sein Glück und die Kinder werden es lieben, den Strand direkt vor der Tür zu haben. Und die Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Fenster sind traumhaft… von uns gibt’s 4 Sterne!

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung soll angeblich 2022 renoviert worden sein. Dies ist jedoch sehr oberflächlich geschehen. Die Sauberkeit lässt an einigen Ecken zu Wünschen übrig. Dennoch ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und eignet sich für einen Urlaub am Meer. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der vorhandene Balkon allerdings nur sinnvoll zum Wäsche trocknen. Man hat den Blick in den Hinterhof, der wenig ansehnlich ist.
