This home is steps away from beach access, has water views from the 2nd floor and sits on a cozy, row house style, residential street. Walking distance to boardwalk, and town waterpark a few restaurants and a municipal playground. Brand new construction with a fenced in backyard. Family and neighborhood friendly gatherings ONLY! Keansburg is being renewed,this beach town classic exhibits, modern conveniences, and is going through a complete revival. Sea Streak ferry to NYC 12 minutes

Fresh, modern, clean with water views from the second floor this home is brand new and is vertical 3 floors. A decent amount of steps in the home. A full list of all guests names must be provided to stay here. Max occ of 8 strictly enforced, the property is True short-term rental registered with township of Keansburg.

Guest access
NO SMOKING of any kind and that includes vaping on the property in the garage or in the home.
Lower level game room and exercise equipment will be provided. No pets, no parties no smoking allowed on property or in the home or garage. We have corn hole for yard fun too.

Julie is on top of responding to messages. It was a cute and clean property. The only thing I would call attention to for a potential renter are the stairs both up into the house and then up to the bedrooms etc- depending one’s ability for climbing. Otherwise we totally recommend this property and working with the owner. Thank you for a great stay!!
