Escape to this oasis in Eagle Pointe on Lake Monroe. This chic, furnished retro modern condo is ready for you to relax and unwind. Enjoy coffee and wildlife on the deck, or have your meals at Sahm's in the clubhouse, .1 miles away! While you are there, make reservations for a tee time!



The Space:

Located in the 2nd building past the clubhouse, this is a one level home on the top level of a 3-story building. The foyer leads to the bedroom on the left, bathroom on the right, washer/dryer on the right leading to the kitchen and living room



Guest Access:

★During your stay, you'll also have access to the clubhouse gym, sauna, and pool (when in season). All of these are upstairs in the clubhouse and accessible with your key fob.

★ The in-unit laundry is located in the closet immediately upon entering.
