The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pots, pans, knives, wood, and plasticware should be washed by hand and left out to dry. Also, all perishable food items should be disposed of and thrown away before check out.
To ensure a great stay for all of our guests, please place the patio cushions back in the patio box and cover the furniture before you go and during inclement weather!
Parking placard and key fob are to be left on the kitchen counter at check out. Failure to return these items will result in a $150 fine
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit, on the back deck, front deck, front porch or on the stairs.
Please cover all patio furniture and return cushions to the patio box when not in use and during inclement weather

Beautiful property and very reponsive host. The only thing that could improve is a map for lake access inside the resort. Excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The trees were beautiful with fall colors. Plenty of paved paths for walking. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay while make visits.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and so cute. The view of the woods was peaceful. You have to take a walk to get a lake view, but once you do, it’s lovely. The bed was super comfortable and my husband really liked the loft office set-up with a pretty view. Perfect anniversary get-away. 25 minutes to Bloomington with lots of food and fun options.

Brandon offered a very clean, well maintained condo. It had several amenities. A perfect place to stay while we spent a day hiking in the Charles Dean Wilderness. Brandon communicates very well. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Lovely condo on a beautiful golf course near Lake Monroe. Close to IU. Clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor space. Brandon was a great host - very informative! Would definitely stay again!

The Retreat

Brandon‘s place is just lovely! Super charming and comfy! I enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and watching the wildlife and hearing the breeze through the trees. I totally would stay again!

My daughters and I had a great getaway in this lovely condo! It was a perfect set up for all of us to enjoy time together. The golf course this is located on is beautiful and the restaurant on the property was wonderful as well. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed!

Perfect getaway

The property is super clean, well kept, and inviting it’s a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fishing spots all around and loads of good food. People are friendly and it’s just a great place to relax. Brandon was an amazing and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

This condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and exactly as indicated in the details. The unit included everything we needed and wanted for a stress-free, quick, two night, anniversary get-away. Great stay and Host!

Excellent Host (Brandon) who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Well stocked, cute unit for a short stay. Comfortable bed and sofa and dining room chairs. Large TV (there is not one in the bedroom thought). We played golf at Eagle Pointe and rented pontoon for a day on the water. Great getaway for a couple of days. Will definitely return and stay here again.

Well maintained and updated condo. The only complaint we had is that there is only one mirror in the condo (located in bathroom), which made it difficult for three people to get ready at the same time. But the host was very responsive to it.
