Holiday Rental – Apartment 49

This 25-square-meter one-bedroom holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 2 people for a wonderful holiday in St. Peter Ording. The wonderfully bright, modern living and sleeping area features a comfortable 160x200cm double bed and is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, two cosy leather armchairs, and a compact dining nook. Free Wi-Fi is available. The large window wall and the opening to the furnished balcony with a view of the countryside make the living space wonderfully bright. The well-equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a space-saving, freestanding ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The holiday apartment includes a well-equipped shower room with a toilet. This apartment has lift access.

Thanks to its prime location in the heart of the spa district of the Bad area, Villa Anna offers everything you need for a great holiday. In addition, the complex features an lift that runs from the underground car park all the way up to the 3rd floor, which is accessible to guests staying in almost all of the apartments. Please refer to the property description for each individual apartment. Right outside the front door lies the district’s lively promenade, with a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés. The beachfront apartments provide an excellent base for a wonderful holiday in St. Peter Ording.
All spa facilities—the Dünentherme, the Kurmittelhaus, the beach promenade, the swimming pier, the world-famous stilt houses, as well as the spa park and dunes, spa doctors, and various recreational facilities—are located in the immediate vicinity.
Local shopping needs are met by the EDEKA supermarket and a bakery across the street.
Villa Anna itself features two restaurants and a boutique.

Das Appartement ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Etwas mehr Komfort als ein Hotelzimmer. Die Sessel allerdings etwas unbequem, da sehr niedrig. Die Lage sehr zentral. Viele Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnungen mit super Lage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Ferienwohnung gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles da was man braucht und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

Rundum Sorglospaket

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet worden. Obwohl sie nur 25 qm hat fehlte es an nichts. Sie war sehr sauber gemütlich und schön. Ausserdem hat sie einen schönen Balkon auf dem wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Im Schrank lag eine große Auswahl an Spielesammlungen und wer keine Lust dazu hat kann im kostenlosen WLAN surfen Man ist sehr zentral mitten in Bad.Vor der Türe gibt es sehr schöne Geschäfte und rechts und links zwei Restaurants Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibts einen Edeka Zum Seesteg sind es nur 5min und zur Therme 6min Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Der Aufenhalt war sehr gut, nur das Treppensteigen war nicht gut, man sollte doch darauf achten, das die jüngeren nach oben ziehen und ältere Leute nach unten, aber sonst sind wir mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen

Villa Anna Apartment Nr. 49

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, man gelangt zu Fuß überall schnell hin, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Auch in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Küche vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet, wunderschönes Bad. Einzig ein Haarknäul an der Badezimmerwand war etwas befremdlich und zeugte davon, dass dort zuletzt nicht gut genug geputzt wurde. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zentral gelegenes, schönes Apartment

Wir haben hier ein schönes Wochenende verbracht, im Apartment gab es eine kleine Küche, Balkon, Essecke, Bad und Doppelbett. Handtücher mussten allerdings extra gebucht werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, sogar Spiele, Bücher und Kaffee. 😊

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Das Apartment war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es war alles vorhanden, an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Mir ist als einziges negatives aufgefallen, dass es im Gang vor der Wohnung und um die Mülleimer, die in der Garage gestanden haben, sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. In der Wohnung wars aber zum Glück ok.
