A security deposit of €100.00 must be transferred before arrival.
This deposit will be refunded if no damage has occurred.

The city of Heimbach charges a 7% lodging tax on the total price of the stay.

A bicycle parking area is available; bicycles may not be stored inside the apartment.

Guests will receive a parking permit for the duration of their stay for the public car park located approximately 100 m away (across the Rur River).

Dogs must be declared after booking. Additional fees apply.
