World Cup Fan Home near BMO and Sofi Stadium that sleeps up to 8 guests!

Listing is for an Entire Home Rental during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Tournament taking place in Los Angeles, Ca from June 10th to July 12th 2026. This is a Short-term Rental Property which will have more available dates after the World Cup ends. The minimum rate is $400 per night if booking is not during a major event. The Home is very spacious at 2,300 sq ft. Guest will enjoy a neat and tidy space with clean bedding, clean towels, hygiene essentials, a full Kitchen w/ air fryer oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ ice maker, blender, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Guests will enjoy a gated front yard with green space, private parking for up to two cars un-covered (more cars can be accommodated for an additional fee), central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs with Fire-stick, washer/dryer, dining table that seats six ppl, reclining couches, a half bath on the 1st floor and a Master bedroom en-suite full bathroom. The Host has a 2021 Nissan Murano SUV and EV Charging station for an additional fee per day. For the Entire Home rental the rate is $800 per day for a 7 day minimum and 30-day Maximum stay (this is $100 per day, per person for up to 8 ppl). A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the reservation. House Rules; NO PARTIES OR GATHERING NO EXCEPTIONS! No loud noise or music after 9:00 pm. The City of LB Permit allows for 8 guests max (includes minor children and infants). No overnight Guests past the max occupancy, No smoking, vaping or drug use anywhere on the property (including Marijuana), No pets of any kind, No package or mail delivery. All Guests to observe the quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am daily.
