Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put Beach towels in the washer with a detergent pod and start the washer.
If you use the Pack-n-Play and/or high chair, please leave these items out for the cleaner to sanitize.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping of any kind in condo, on balcony or in pool area. There is a designated smoking are on ground level near the grills.
Supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps) provided are a starter pack. If additional supplies needed, a Dollar General is nearby.
You must adhere to the HOA rules and regulations. The HOA may issue fines for violations. Fines assessed will be the guest's responsibility.

Absolutely not enough parking, not enough elevators for the amount of people and their luggage and pool/beach equipment. Took 30 minutes just to get on either 2 of the 3 elevators we used. Boys that run the chairs/umbrellas was rude. Might be why they were not being used…. No one monitoring the towels just holding all the chairs for hours and not using them. Not available for people actually using the pool. Got into a confrontation with a man because he was trying to protect 10 chairs and his family was still in the room. Threw our stuff across the concrete when we were right there. Would suggest more security or people monitoring situations.

Thank you for your review — I’m sorry your stay at our condo fell short of expectations. I’ll share your comments with the building HOA who manages and oversees the common public areas of the property, such as the pool, elevators and parking lot. Unfortunately, those areas are out of our direct control as we only host and manage the one unit within the whole building. It is our priority to try to do everything within our power and control to make your stay pleasurable and memorable. We will definitely send this feedback to the HOA so they can hopefully use the information to better enforce the rules of the property. I am sorry your stay was less than perfect. Hope the remainder of your summer is wonderful!
