Nestled in quiet Cranston, Southeast Calgary, our private walkout basement fits up to 6 guests, featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light all day long.

Perched on a hillside, you can enjoy panoramic views of a beautiful golf course and a wetland park with several lakes, great for seasonal walks from spring to fall. The famous Bow River runs right beside our home, remaining ice-free even in -20°C winter with dreamy misty scenery all year round.

We offer a spacious lawn and blooming garden with seasonal flowers, plus a covered patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The entire space is fully newly renovated. Relax with a cinematic experience on our 100-inch large screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with brand-new appliances: big refrigerator, five-burner cooktop and dishwasher.

Free private parking is available for 1–2 cars in front of the garden and one more spot by the garage. Fire extinguishers are equipped for your safety. An ideal quiet retreat for families and nature lovers.
