Located close to a grocery market and restaurants. Close to Funchal but far enough that the night is quiet and peaceful. The location is close to the airport, eastern part of the island, and PR 1 Vereda do Areeiro.

Schönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, mit Stellplatz in Tiefgarage und Lift. Sehr kurze Wege von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung. Lage ist recht ruhig in Canico. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Einige Sachen müssten aber repariert werden. Die Bank auf dem Balkon ist kaputt und kann entsorgt werden und die Dusche im Flur ist nicht dicht, so dass Wasser ausläuft. Da keine Badematten in den Badezimmern sind mussten wir Handtücher hinlegen, um nicht zu fallen. Bei 4 Handtüchern für 2 Personen wird es dann schon etwas knapp. Wir kennen das aus anderen Apartments oder Ferienhäusern anders. Es fehlten uns auch zusätzliche Decken. Ende November ist es am Abend schonmal recht kühl. Hier waren weder zusätzliche Handtücher, noch Decken in den Schränken. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. Der Check in war sehr gut. Wir konnten den Schlüssel über eine Keybox selber holen. Alles wurde vom Gastgeber nochmal sehr gut per Whatsapp erklärt und es wurden auch Videos zur Verfügung gestellt. Check out verlief auch so reibungslos. Wenn die Kleinigkeiten repariert werden und eine etwas bessere Ausstattung an Handtüchern und zusätzlichen Decken zur Verfügung gestellt wird können wir Costa Avila 2 definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Sauberes Appartement, Meerblick,gut ausgestattet.

Pros: Das Check- in WhatsApp-Video des Vermieters war Weltklasse,man konnte quasi nichts falsch machen.
