LIVING ROOM with a 3-seater couch, a 2-seater couch, and 1 armchair; dining table with 4 chairs; and a fully equipped
KITCHENETTE. BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 with a bunk bed and a small closet. BATHROOM with shower and toilet. Small storage room. In the BASEMENT, there is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage area. The beach is just a few steps away. Shopping options are nearby. It’s about a 15–20-minute walk to the town centre, the family pool, and the spa centre. The apartment is bright and cheerfully furnished and fully tiled. Balcony with 4 chairs. A cosy and comfortable apartment right on the beach.

The kitchen and living room will be renovated in the spring of 2025.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Balkon, Fahrradkeller - super. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, Schlachter, Supermarkt und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Es was sehr sehr schön.
