This non-smoking apartment is very centrally located in the pedestrian zone and just 150 metres from the beach. The modern and tastefully furnished two-room apartment features a large south-facing balcony (10 square metres) with a table and chairs. The living room, furnished with a corner sofa (which can be used as a sleeper sofa) and a dining table with three chairs, is flooded with natural light through large windows. The sleeping area, with a double bed (1.6 m wide), can be separated from the hallway by a curtain; a window opening onto the living area provides natural light and fresh air. The kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, is located in a separate area. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is available. The floors are tiled and laminate. There is no parking space. You are permitted to drive into the pedestrian zone for loading or unloading.<br>There is a covered bicycle parking area at the building.
