Holiday rental in Wyk auf Föhr, Mittelstraße 18, Apartment No. 1, NON-SMOKING, approx. 70 sqm on the 2nd floor. Spacious and bright 3-room apartment in the pedestrian zone above a bookshop.
The entrance is on the 1st floor.
LIVING ROOM with corner sofa, dining table, and 5 chairs, double fold-out bed. BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 with 1 single bed (0.90 x 2 m) and a wardrobe. Only the bedrooms have carpeted floors. The living room has designer vinyl flooring. KITCHEN with oven and dishwasher. BATHROOM with shower and toilet. The beach is approximately 50 m away. There is no parking space at the house. An ideal apartment for families and couples who want to live in a central location close to the beach and value well-maintained furnishings.
Pets allowed upon request; one-time fee of 25 euros.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und immer wieder wurden Räume renoviert. Das einzige, was man wissen muss, dass die Treppe steil und eng ist. Diese ist aber auch mit Hund zu begehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöne, hübsch eingerichtete, geräumige, ruhige und gleichzeitig zentral gelegene Fewo. Hilfsbereiter Vermieter trug den großen Koffer die relativ enge Treppe, die sich um ein paar Ecken wand aber gut mit Geländer gesichert war, in das 2. OG.
