Very peaceful, clean property with beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool & downtown Beaufort. Would love to come back!

The villa was nice but the king bed downstairs was broken upon arrival and ants were in the upstairs bathroom. We only stayed three nights and had to report both issues two days in a row. The rental company did attempt to fix the issues and gave us a small refund. The bed definitely needs replaced and we did not expect to have this issue staying in an upscale neighborhood. The same bedroom carpet could use a cleaning as it has stains. If these issues were fixed, it would be a nice place to vacation.

Everything was very nice. We were there on a very hot weekend and the upstairs bedrooms got pretty hot. Wish we could have lowered the thermostat below 72 degrees.
