The apartment also features a wonderful private garden where children can play, parents can relax in a beach chair, and the whole family can enjoy meals together on the south-facing terrace. The spacious living area features a cosy leather couch and a TV. The open-concept kitchen, complete with a dining table, is also located here. From here, you also have direct access to the garden and the terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a closet, and a TV; Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a closet, and a TV. Both bedrooms have a window and natural light. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, and it also has a window. Like the living room, it has underfloor heating. Of course, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi. In the hallway, inside the built-in closet, there is a Miele washer-dryer.
You’ll find a parking space for your car right in front of the building. This space belongs to the apartment. The Wallbox can be used for a flat fee; the chip is available from the agent. There is a bike rack for bicycles.
