Welcome to our “Nordstrand” holiday rental on Borkum—perfect for your holiday with up to three people. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the New Lighthouse. Borkum’s very popular Südstrand beach is just 200 m away.

The 51 m² holiday rental, with its modern furnishings, welcomes you with a cosy atmosphere. You’ll start your day off on a relaxed note right from breakfast in the cosy kitchen-diner. A beautiful genuine leather bistro bench, a table with natural-edge wood, and a modern TV invite you to enjoy meals together, watch TV, and spend time with loved ones. The high-quality built-in kitchen, crafted by a local island carpenter, offers you the perfect opportunity to prepare your own meals (dishwasher, refrigerator, six-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave-grill-oven combination, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and blender)).

The holiday rental features two separate bedrooms. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk, and a new, comfortable armchair. The smaller bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a fold-out sleeper chair (80 x 200 cm). This makes the apartment suitable for three adults or two adults and two children. Blackout pleated blinds in both bedrooms ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

Fresh North Sea air is included when you book with us: You can look forward to wonderfully relaxing hours on the apartment’s own 40 m² terrace. Four new, modern garden chairs with a table, a lounge chair, and the view of the dune next to “Haus Seemöwe” invite you to linger.

The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower provides additional comfort.

A spacious coat closet in the hallway offers plenty of room for your beach gear.

For our little North Sea holidaymakers, a cot and a high chair are standard features.

Next to the terrace, you’ll find plenty of bike racks and one parking space per holiday apartment right in front of the entrance.

Note: This bright holiday rental is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. Amenities include an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes rack. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom, a cot, and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi is available in this holiday rental at no additional cost. The floor is covered with vinyl. Please understand that, unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Borkum’s town centre is also located near the house. You can reach it by bike in about 5 minutes. Here, small shops as well as cosy cafés and restaurants invite you to stroll around and take relaxing breaks.

On Borkum, you’ll experience the perfect blend of activity and relaxation! Bike tours through stunning dune landscapes, a trip to the “Nordseekletterpark,” and numerous beach sports are just as possible as leisurely walks, wellness treatments, or attending a spa concert.
