Family-friendly holiday rental with a balcony!

Welcome to our “Holiday Rental 9” in the “Süderhaus”—your getaway on the idyllic island of Borkum! This inviting accommodation is ideal for families and couples. With room for up to six people, you can truly relax here.

The holiday rental spans two floors (1st floor + attic) and features bright rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The floors are covered with beautiful vinyl, which guarantees both comfort and easy maintenance. The bright and spacious living room on the ground floor invites you to spend the evening watching a film or playing a game together. Here you’ll find a cosy sofa area and a recliner, as well as a modern TV and a CD player. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.

In the separate, lockable kitchen with a dining table (ground floor), you can enjoy the region’s culinary delights together. The kitchen is fully equipped—including a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. This makes it easy for you to prepare your own meals. The built-in dining area is perfect for social gatherings (a fourth chair is available).

The two separate bedrooms on the top floor offer you a pleasant place to retreat. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sofa that serves as an additional sleeping option, while the children’s room has two single beds. The mattresses measure 90 x 200 cm.

On the covered balcony, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air as well as breakfast or a relaxing dinner outdoors.

Other apartment amenities include a well-maintained bathroom with natural light and a shower (ground floor).

Children are warmly welcome at the “Süderhaus,” so you can enjoy your family holiday to the fullest. With a high chair, a cot, a stair gate, and various children’s toys, the apartment is perfectly suited to the needs of our little guests.

You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend along, as pets are allowed for a small fee.

Here are a few more practical tips: A washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A private parking space ensures that you can arrive comfortably without having to worry about finding a place to park. There is also a spot for bicycles.

Enjoy a completely relaxing holiday at the “Süderhaus” on Borkum! The house is in a great, central location—both the North Beach and the South Beach are just a 7-minute walk or a few minutes by bike! You can take a leisurely stroll along Bismarckstraße, which offers a lovely selection of shops, restaurants, and cafés, all the way to the promenade. Here, too, cafés and cocktail bars, the bandstand, and the offshore sandbank offer plenty of opportunities to relax!

Borkum is just the right place to experience the beauty of the North Sea—with long walks on the beach as well as bike rides or hikes through the island’s unique natural landscape. The combination of physical activity, relaxation, and the island’s unique atmosphere ensures an all-around rejuvenating experience.
