This property truly is hidden gem of wooded land 90 miles NW of NYC featuring an airy 5,000 SF unique stucco a-frame house built in 1987 with custom masonry and stonework, cathedral ceilings, endless picture windows and skylights, 5 bedrooms and 3 marble bathrooms, large kitchen with upgraded appliances, dining room, 2 living rooms: first with a home theatre and second with art book library and musical instruments. Highspeed LAN and wifi internet is available throughout the house.

Tucked back from the street and completely private, the house is surrounded by expansive lawns, a huge spring-fed pond, both wild and manicured gardens, deep woods bordering a mountain, and additionally offers multiple decks/patios, RV trailer, a full-size fenced tennis court, several out-buildings with a cedar-lined wine cellar, smoke house and wood-fired oven in addition to several open fields ready for on-site parking, camping and pop-up installations

There are plenty of different trails throughout the woods, for either hiking, cross country skiing, or meditating by the brook if thats what you’re into! The lake (large pond) is great for swimming, sun bathing on the rock in the middle of it, or canoeing. There is a canoe onsite that we have supplied with life vests and oars for your enjoyment.

The 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape into the catskills! Inside, guests will find a fabulous mix of sleeping options, including 2 king beds, 3 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1 full bed. The 3 bathrooms offer soothing spaces to refresh and rinse off, one of which features a jetted bathtub. Comfort is key with air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of adventure or gathering for a cozy evening, this lovely home provides a welcoming retreat.
