Owner communication was great. The living room tv remote was missing. We had one in hand within an hour. The building was good for campus property. It’s an old building so there are some superficial blemishes. Utilities were all great. Proximity to railroad tracks was a slight issue as trains ran Friday night. Ok after. We selected this property for the size and location. For that it was great.
