The nearest restaurants, cafés, the market square, and the train station are all within easy walking distance. <br><br>Amenities <br>The holiday apartment on the ground floor is perfect for couples or solo travellers: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200) and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (filter size 4). The living area features a cosy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. <br><br>On the sheltered balcony, you can wind down after an eventful day.<br><br>Special Features <br>In this non-smoking holiday rental, four-legged friends up to calf height (max. beagle size) are welcome. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the garage. We’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi.<br>An initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the final price. <br>A bike shed is available for storing bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you. Please note that parking is at your own risk and that we do not provide security or safekeeping. Therefore, please always lock your bicycles securely.<br>Long-term stays are welcome at this property. Please note that for stays longer than 21 nights, an interim cleaning and a linen change are required every three weeks.
