The separate bedroom is anchored by a plush king bed with premium linens, ample closet space and a large dresser so you can wind down in total comfort after a day exploring Savannah's cobblestone streets.

The fully equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. An electric stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, and a generous supply of cookware, dishes, and utensils make cooking a pleasure.

*Note: The apartment is in a building with local residents and other short-term travelers. Please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am as per city ordinance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

The original windows, combined with a busy city allow light and sound throughout the day. We provide earplugs, face masks, and a sound machine to make up for this, but light sleepers might consider making adjustments to their sleep routine to adjust for these typical city-living conditions.

Guest Access:

Guests enter the building through a shared entrance and have full, exclusive access to the entire condo (apt 2) during their stay. The unit is on the first floor of the building, so besides the three short steps to the front entrance, there are no stairs to navigate to reach the apartment.

Check-in is contactless via smart lock, with your unique code delivered through the app's messaging interface on the day of your arrival, around 3 pm.

A digital guidebook packed with our favorite restaurant recommendations, activity suggestions, and local tips is provided to help you make the most of your Savannah experience. The Neighborhood:

Oglethorpe Square is one of Savannah's six original colonial squares, established in 1742, and remains one of the most coveted addresses in the Historic District.

The condo sits inside the Graham Building, directly facing the square and adjacent to the famous Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, one of the finest examples of English Regency architecture in America.

You are genuinely in the heart of it all: Leopold's Ice Cream is half a block away, the Olde Pink House is two blocks, Broughton Street's boutiques and restaurants are a three-minute walk, City Market is about seven minutes on foot, and River Street is a 12-minute stroll.

Forsyth Park and its iconic fountain are a pleasant 15-minute walk south through the squares. Nearby dining favorites include The Grey, The Olde Pink House, Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, Husk Savannah, Zunzi's, and Treylor Park.

Coffee lovers will enjoy The Coffee Fox, Gallery Espresso, and Blends. Colonial Park Cemetery, the Telfair Museums, the Jepson Center for the Arts, and the SCAD Museum of Art are all within a few blocks.

Getting Around:

One of the best things about staying on Oglethorpe Square is that you truly do not need a car once you arrive. Nearly everything in the Historic District is within walking distance, from restaurants and museums to River Street and Forsyth Park.

For trips beyond downtown, ride-share services (Uber and Lyft) are plentiful and affordable. Tybee Island's beaches are approximately 25 minutes by car. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is about 20 minutes away.

Parking is not included with the condo, but city metered parking spots and a garage are conveniently located right next door at 100 E. State Street. Metered street parking is available throughout the city, and you can use the ParkSavannah app to pay from your phone.

Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.
