with 2 comfortable sleeper sofas or a double sofa bed, some with a wood-burning stove, separate dining area,
fully equipped kitchen area, entryway with coat rack, shower/toilet, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, some with an additional sleeping loft (for children ages 5 and up), with telephone.


You’ll stay in a 2-room holiday home for up to 4 people, covering approximately 44 m². One bedroom with a double bed; above it—under the sloping ceiling—is a loft that serves as a play/reading area for younger guests.
The house has been expanded to include a beautiful sleeping loft with two single beds above the kitchen.
In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a telephone.
The infrared heating panels provide pleasant warmth in the living room and ensure a healthy indoor climate; the fireplace offers not only warmth but also a cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to help make your holiday as stress-free as possible.
In the modern bathroom, you’ll find plenty of storage space for your essential items. Small conveniences, such as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror, are provided.
When the weather is nice, the terraces with their new, comfortable outdoor furniture invite you to linger. Simply enjoy a lovely, sunny spot in the fresh air; the umbrellas provide shade.

In our park-like holiday complex, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished holiday homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Holiday Park is a perfect holiday destination for families. In the car-free complex, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the ping-pong tables.

Spend cosy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the centrally located reception desk is happy to provide leisure tips as needed and take bread roll orders. A charging station for e-bikes is available in a lockable garage.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the holiday park; our guests have free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your holiday with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your holiday rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
