The apartment has a large terrace with great views - in hair dryer to the Alps. The house is situated in a quiet location and invites you to relax, unwind or to do some exercise. Attractions are within easy reach (3 km to B20, 10 km to A3), as well as hikers will be amazed by our beautiful, hilly landscape. And the animal lovers among you, our chickens and cats can watch the farm next door. Furthermore, a large play lawn with swings, slide and sandpit is available for children.

Erholung für Mensch und Tier
Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, mit Plätzchenteller zum Empfang, netten Unterhaltungen, Ansprechbarkeit trotzdem nötige Distanz. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne. Die Lage der Fewo ist fantastisch. Vielen Dank Familie Pohmann für erholsame Ferien!

Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden
Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Unterkunft war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Haben hier drei Nächte verbracht um den Großstadtalltag zu entfliehen. Hat richtig gutgetan Nachts mal keine Züge oder Flugzeuge zu hören und saubere Luft zu atmen. Jederzeit würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank für diese Auszeit.

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Pohmann entspricht vollkommen dem Inserat und ist sehr grosszügig eingerichtet. Familie Pohmann ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank! - Der Bayrische Wald ist eine Entdeckungsreise wert.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine tolle Lage
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Familie Pohmann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kinder konnten auch mal laut sein. Sehr sauber und eine tolle Aussicht.

10 Tage bayrischer Wald
toll gelegen, freundliche Besitzer, klasse Schlafzimmer, ruhig gelegen, super Sonnenaufgang, schöne Terasse. Einzig die Küchengerätschaften bedürften mal der Erneuerung, praktische kleine Geschirrspülmaschine, Nutzung einer Waschmaschine möglich.

Freiheit und frische Luft
Wir sind gekommen, um unserem Stadtleben zu entrinnen. Das hat in dieser Ferienwohnung total gut geklappt. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Neureiche in ihrem Zweitwohnsitz in der Wildnis. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang und einen eigenen Gartenbereich mit Schaukeln der in eine riesige Wiese übergeht, auf der ein einsamer Baum steht (ca. 200m von der Schaukel entfernt). Der Blick in die Hügellandschaft ist wunderbar.

Einfach toll!
Hier nochmal ein Dankeschön an die Famielie Pohmann die uns sehr herzlich Empfangen hat. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig aber dennoch so das man zum Beispiel Straubing gut erreichen könnte. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ihren großen, gut ausgestatteten und hellen Räumen sehr einladen. In der Küche ist alles zu finden was man braucht und das Badezimmer ist recht groß und sowohl mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt bei Fam. Pohmann.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Haus der Familie Pohmann. Die Umgebung war wunderschön. Mitten in der Natur draussen. Und doch ist man z.B. in ca. 20Min. in der Stadt Straubing. Straubing hat eine sehr schöne Fussgängerzone. Links und recht Geschäfte um zu shoppen. Wir werden sicher wieder mal in diese Gegend kommen. Nochmals besten Dank an Fr. Pohmann. Wünschen alles Liebe und Gute für die kommende Zeit.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, familiäre Atmosphäre
In ruhiger Lage könnte man super entspannen. Auch waren einige sehr schöne Freizeitmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Für das leibliche Wohl war aufgrund der vielen guten Restaurants gesorgt. Die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten. Der herrliche Ausblick und die ruhige Lage sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Ferienwohnung übergeben. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen separaten Eingang und von dessen Terasse einen schönen Ausblick. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir waren mit Kindern (1,7) dort. An der Ferienwohnung kann man einen kleinen Spielplatz nutzen, ideal mit den beiden - auch eine Kleinkindschaukel wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Von der Ferienwohnung sind viele Urlaubsziele gut und nah erreichbar - für uns ist das eine ideale Unterkunft und ein gelungener Urlaub gewesen.
