The apartments are located in Weinzierlein, a area of Zirndorf, and are equally suitable for families, technicians, tradespeople, and trade show attendees! You can reach the Biberttal Bike Trail in 3 minutes via a pedestrian underpass. From there, you can set out on beautiful bike rides or, of course, take a leisurely stroll. The Playmobil Fun Park is about 3.4 km away from us. An Italian restaurant (about 800 m) with a lovely beer garden is within walking distance. Several shopping options are located 4–6 km away. Parking is available on-site. The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living area, has everything you could ask for! It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and many small appliances such as an egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, and electric kettle! You’ll also find “basic supplies” such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, sugar, spice shakers, and much more! The living area, with its comfortable couch, is perfect for cosy evenings! The couch can also be pulled out and used as an extra sleeping space. A large bathtub, a double sink, and a walk-in shower with floor lighting and a rain showerhead turn the bathroom into a “little wellness oasis”! The guest bathroom features an additional toilet and an urinal. A comfortable double bed in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep! A large sliding-door closet, a 60 x 120 cm children’s bed, and another TV are also located there. The children’s room features a TV, a bunk bed (also approved for adults up to 100 kg per bed), and a sleeper sofa—which, when extended, measures approximately 90 x 200 cm and provides a comfortable sleeping space for one additional person—round out this modern yet cosy holiday apartment! On the large south-facing balcony with a seating area, you can enjoy the sun or, of course, spend lovely summer evenings! For your children’s safety, all electrical sockets are equipped with child safety covers. A deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking. Please transfer the remaining balance no later than 1 week before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Pets are welcome; there is a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per stay. A baby cot (60 x 120 cm) is available in the bedroom. Our one-room apartment FEWO 2 in the annex is an ideal complement (subject to availability).
