One-room non-smoking apartment with 45 sqm

A sunny, non-smoking one-room apartment measuring a good 45 square metres, located in the heart of Zirndorf on a small and completely quiet side street. The approximately 20-square-meter, furnished, and covered southwest-facing terrace is for your exclusive use. You can reach the private entrance via three steps from the terrace. The apartment features a double bed with two single mattresses (each 90x200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm). I’m happy to provide a travel cot free of charge if needed. The apartment features a small, fully equipped kitchenette that appears separated from the rest of the space by a counter. It includes a hob with two burners, a microwave, and a standard-sized refrigerator. There is also a coffee maker and a kettle. The small bathroom features a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and a hair dryer are provided. Check-in is available starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by approximately 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please contact me by phone about one hour before arrival to arrange this. Pets are not allowed. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The balance is due on-site upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.
