Place all used linens and towels in the large plastic bag provided (on the kitchen counter) and leave the bag in the bathtub.

This pet friendly condo was the perfect spot for our weekend in Laconia. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the Weirs Beach area. Very good value.

The overall property is a little older, but the host obviously keeps this condo updated & well maintained with appliances & furnishings that are quite new. Everything was very clean. This property is stocked with everything you might need, and even more than I expected - including coffee pods. I did not bring a pet, but the large pet bed & feeding dishes would be appreciated by a furry friend. The grounds of the property are well maintained overall. The pool & patio area were convenient & clean. The property's basketball/tennis court appeared to be a little neglected, but I'm sure that is due to the condo association, not this host. I stayed at this property for motorcycle week, and the noise of motorcycle traffic was fairly loud since traffic passes on both sides of the property, but that was expected for this convenient location during this event. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
