Vacation home fresh breeze directly on the North Sea dike

Treat yourself to a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. This cosy holiday home, measuring approximately 70 square metres, is located directly on the dike, within a peaceful and quiet holiday home community. About 750 metres away, you’ll find a fishing harbour, a children’s playground, and the Wadden Sea with a free grassy beach. The detached, single-story holiday home sits on a fully fenced lot of approximately 400 square metres with a direct view of the North Sea dike. Dogs that are willing to sleep in their own bed in the sunroom and stay out of the bedrooms and away from the living room furniture are also welcome here. The sunny, secluded terrace with patio furniture, a garage, and bicycles are also at your disposal. Enjoy the North Sea air and the endless view. Right from the first bench on the dike, you can watch beautiful, colourful sunsets.<br><br>Attention: Please read carefully! <br>The visitor’s tax, any pet fee, bed linens, towels, and the final cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival at the house, separate from this booking. <br><br>Visitor’s tax: Please provide me with the details of all travellers. High season 01.05-15.09: Adults €2, children €1.10 per night. Low season: Adults €1.50, children €0.80. The fees are calculated per night, and the guest card will be issued upon arrival.<br><br>Optional bed linen package: 15€ per guest per stay.<br>Optional towel package: 5€ per guest per stay.<br><br>A flat fee of 25€ per pet per stay applies. Pets are strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and must not be allowed on the living room furniture under any circumstances.<br>The final cleaning fee is a flat rate of 75€.
