Unser renoviertes freistehendes Ferienhaus befindet sich an einem Privatweg, Durchgangsverkehr ausgeschlossen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Bis zu 4 Personen finden hier auf ca. 75m² Wohnfläche mit Wohn-Essbereich und 2 Schlafzimmern Platz. Vom Wohnbreich haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und in den Garten mit ca. 300qm Grundstück. Durch das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück können Sie Ihren Hund frei laufen lassen.
Hinter dem Haus fließt direkt der Strom „Wasserlöse“ dieser Bereich ist für Fußgänger oder Autos nicht zugänglich.
Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherhaus!
Im ganzen Haus steht Ihnen Internet über wLAN zur Verfügung.
Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz.
