This exclusive holiday apartment on the 3rd floor offers not only an exceptional location but also an impressive view of the sea that exceeds all expectations.

The building features a swimming pool and a sauna in the basement, which are available to guests free of charge. For younger guests, there is a playroom where they can enjoy carefree hours. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee to ensure guests have a worry-free stay.

The Alsen apartment is accessible by lift or stairs and impresses the moment you enter with a panoramic view of the sea to the east. The view of the activity on the beach is simply unparalleled and creates a unique atmosphere.

The apartment’s hallway leads you first into the spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200), which ensures restful nights. The modern shower room offers not only functionality but also style. The light-filled living room with ocean views invites you to linger and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features a seating area with ocean views. From the kitchen area, you can access the balcony and the second bedroom, which has two single beds (90x200). The new kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop. The shower room, which is also new, features a large walk-in shower as well as modern design details such as large-format tiles.
