This property was excellent in all areas! Beautiful view, beautiful decor, perfect size for our family of 11, and the host was excellent! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Our family highly appreciated how spacious the home was with all the cute rooms and cozy nooks to sit and relax and make memories in. The views on the deck looking out to Lake Carlos was beautiful. Thankful for the large kitchen to cook in and enjoy meals. It was quiet and peaceful, the beds were all comfortable and fit our group well.Appreciated being next to the boat launch as well.

Our family had a great stay at Frankie's Place in Alex. The trip up 94 was a straight shot & super easy to get to from the cities.Home was super clean & recently updated throughout. Kids (7 & 9) enjoyed fishing off the dock & sleeping in bunk beds. Mom & Dad loved sunrise morning coffees on the deck & playing family games in the main floor living room. Brophy Park was a great surprise - kids loved the playground & we'll definitely bring our bikes next time. Host Janna was super friendly & responsive, and we're already looking forward to our next stay.

Great property!! The layout of the home is great with so many options to accommodate everyone in the group. The living room is cozy with a ton of light and the kitchen/dining area was fun for playing games with the kids. The lower level porch area provides a fun kids hangout. The deck was perfect for relaxing and lake views. The location is quiet and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The home is more than adequately stocked for cooking, as well as extra blankets and towels. The hosts definitely paid attention to detail and quality when designing this property. Thanks "Frankie" - we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay during our time at Frankie's Place! The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts have thought of every detail from coffee to spices, a well supplied kitchen, cozy towels, games and even a baby gate. It gave our family wonderful spaces to connect and there were lots of memories made.Thank you!

We had a great stay! The location on the lake was perfect for us. Easy to travel by boat to other lakes and restaurants. House floor plan worked well for us with two small kids. Very clean and excellent communication by host! The check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommend!
