Olathe has a strict recycling program. What's allowed is on the blue cart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and scenic. There's a bike, walking trail easily accessible behind the home. The backyard is completely surrounded by a 6ft privacy fence. I love Olathe and have currently been at my home for 25yrs. While no place is completely devoid of crime, the neighborhood has not experienced major crimes of any sort.

This is a converted garage apartment with everything a guest could possibly need. There are several space saving options, for example, a comfortable Murphy bed, and a rolling twin size bed. A full stocked coffee bar, snacks, and beverages. There are 2 refrigerators, a dorm size and a mid-size fridge with freezer. There's a convertible oven for roasting, air fryer, and toaster.
