My husband and I stayed here as we got to know the area and enjoy our first trip to Kansas. We came out for a professional training and loved the area. It was secluded enough that it felt like a vacation, and still close enough to downtown to visit museums and fun restaurants. Would happily stay here again!
Stayed March 22nd- March 24th. Great location with less than 10 minutes to all essential places. Very clean and cozy for the 4 of us adults who stayed. Would definitely stay again. Already discussing our next girls weekend here.
I often stay in short-term rentals. Rarely have I had the pleasure of staying somewhere that is so reasonably priced, well equipped, and CLEAN! This property is very well maintained and the process was effortless.

Our stay here was amazing. My brother and I came up from Chicago for the NFL draft. It was close to the downtown areas. With a lot on mom and pop shops that we checked out along the way. The property managers were stellar!! I will book here everytime I come out this way if they are available!!!

It felt like a private cabin destination despite the proximity to destination locations and the fact that it was a basement apartment. It was so clean i would swear no one had ever staid. Despite all the places we could go to pass the time we looked forward to going back to relax. Will definitely find an excuse to visit again.
We spent two nights at this property and found it to be just as pretty and new as the pictures indicate. Everything is immaculately clean and well thought out, right down to the white noise machine in the bedroom. We used the washer and dryer and they were new and easy to program. We especially loved having two bathrooms; they were spotless and we didn't have to share. We highly recommend this property.
We chose this property based on its positive reviews and I have to say that I agree with them. This apartment is large and comfortable, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. It feels brand-new. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family of four. The amenities and extras that the hosts provided made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
Checking in and out was easy and we had no issues. The host's checklist for checking out was very reasonable and a snap to fulfill.
Location was far enough from Kansas City to feel secluded but close enough that we could get just about anywhere within 30 minutes.
We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.
We arrived very late at night, the directions to the house were easy to follow, as soon as we pulled off the highway we were treated to a family of deer (the only ones we saw the whole 4 days). Getting into the unit was simple and the temperature was great. Everything we may have needed was available. I loved having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for getting ready. I wish we'd had more time to relax at the property, however, we were go, go, go with activities. I would definitely stay at this property if I happen to visit Kansas again. Beautiful property on secluded wooded lot. Felt very private. Hosts were excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.
The property is everything advertised and more. Gorgeous lawn and the apartment is really well kept with great amenities. There’s a small walking path on the property which is great for viewing birds and getting some fresh air. The patio is also very comfy. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town.
My best friend and I stayed here for two nights for the Planet City Comic con and LOVED it! Quiet woodland getaway just 10-15 mins away from downtown KC! Perfect for us - and everything was clean and very organized. We will come back whenever we are in the KC area! Thanks for making the stay easy and wonderful! :) we enjoyed it very much!! :)
We were there for a concert at the Azura Amphitheater, which was only about 8 miles from the home. It was quick to get an Uber and was about 10 minute drive. When not at the venue, we spent our time sipping coffee or having cocktails on the beautiful and spacious patio. Being in nestled in the woods makes you feel secluded and it was so peaceful. We grilled our meals on the patio and had everything we needed in the kitchen to serve and eat. The home is immaculate! The beds are so comfortable and all of the rooms are spacious. We WILL stay here again!
Brandon and I built our dream home and have been living here since September 2021. We have lived in Edwardsville for more than 25 years so we will be able to direct you to whatever you need. We live on the main floor and we access the home at the front, so there is little chance of running into each other.
