Pretore Romantico Loft Holiday Apartment with Pool
The romantic Pretore OpenSpace bungalow with pool is located above the picturesque lakeside village of Gravedona in the mountain village of Cerviano, in a sunny hillside location and surrounded by lots of nature, few neighbours, vineyards and olive groves. By car you can reach Gravedona in only about 3-5 minutes with numerous shopping facilities, cafés, bars, beautiful lakeside promenade and a boat pier with connections to many attractive towns of Lake Como. Outdoor areas: The square wooden terrace 3 x 3 m on the lake side invites you to linger in the green with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and dining table group. In the entrance area is a large furnished natural stone terrace. The pool is a few steps below. It is shared with the 4-person Rustico Pretore - also available for rent. In the garden below, local vegetables, fruit such as apples, plums, figs and herbs thrive, which you are welcome to harvest by arrangement.
A 7x3 m swimming pool awaits you, nestled in the greenery of the garden, and is open from Easter to the end of October, weather permitting.
The beaches of Gravedona and the surrounding area are just a few minutes away by car.
The partially covered natural stone terrace leads to the entrance of this original open-plan bungalow.
The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a stylish window fireplace. Adjacent to this is the L-shaped sleeping area with a double bed and a single sofa bed – ideal for children.
The bright, modern bathroom is equipped with a round glass shower.
In the rear building, you will find a cooling and storage room for food, which can also be used as additional storage space if required.
This holiday home is very appealing all year round: September/October is the grape harvest and November is the olive harvest. The fireplaces, cosy atmosphere and panoramic sunny hillside location make this charming, high-quality residence attractive all year round.
Facilities and service with heart – the friendly and courteous landlady Anna lives about 100 metres below and has lots of good tips for a successful holiday.
Young children require increased supervision.
You can use either a garage or the parking space in front of it for your vehicles. From the garage area, a stone staircase with approx. 20 steps, some without railings, leads past the fragrant herb and fruit garden to your two holiday homes. The landlady, Anna, is happy to help with luggage and heavy shopping.
There is a driveway to the property approx. 20 m below the property for short-term parking and loading or unloading, or for people who want to avoid the stairs (final 10 steps).
The following services can be booked additionally:
- Pet €20 flat rate
The following costs must be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption only when used €1 per m³
- Visitor's tax: 1,50€ per day/person
A security deposit of $150.00 in cash is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
