Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet, super gelegen, man ist gefühlt „in 30 Sekunden auf dem Markt“ und sie ist sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben zu fünft dort übernachtet. Es war nur ein Bett eingedeckt (möglicherweise benutzt). So habe ich nach zusätzlichem Bettzeug und Handtüchern per Nachricht angefragt, nach 4 Stunden gab’s noch keine Antwort. Also war die Hotline von fewo-direkt leider die einzige Möglichkeit, dass der Vermieter sich gemeldet hat. Wir mussten dann alles selbst zusammen suchen und beziehen. Unschön bei dem Preis und es gab leider kein Refund-Angebot. Deshalb leider auch die entsprechende Preisbewertung. Schön wäre bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und einer Dachwohnung, bei der nicht alle Fenster zu öffnen sind, einen Ventilator in der Ausstattung zu haben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester City Lage . Schlafcouch könnte mal durch ein festes Bett ersetzt werden . Leider noch vereinzelt Kugelkäfer in der Wohnung die aber im ganzen Altbau zu sehen sind .

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung im historischen Zentrum von Coburg, gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die vorbeschriebenen Käferchen sind kein Problem (mehr?) ! Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Leider ein Fehlgriff

Die Wohnung ist an sich wunderbar, jedoch herrschte ein Kugelkäferbefall. Die nachtaktiven Käfer krabbelten überall herum, in den Schuhen, in den Betten etc. Der Vermieter hat während des Aufenthaltes und auch danach auf keines meiner Schreiben reagiert oder irgendetwas gegen den Befall unternommen.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, direkt am Marktplatz, sodass man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist in einem super neuen Zustand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu 5. dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz für alle. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief auch sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
