Enjoy your holiday in the Meisennest holiday apartment with up to four guests on a living space of approximately 90 m².

Your holiday home features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and an adjoining south-west loggia for relaxed evenings with your loved ones. From the entrance with a practical wardrobe, you enter the light-flooded living and dining area with large windows. The high-quality brand kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances: an induction stove with state-of-the-art extraction technology, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment are at your disposal. Look forward to relaxed dinner evenings with your loved ones!
Relax in the inviting living area on the comfortable sofas in front of the gas fireplace or enjoy your time on the sun-soaked south-west loggia, equipped with high-quality wooden furniture. For musical accompaniment, a high-quality Bang & Olufsen sound cube is available.
After an extensive exploration of the island, look forward to your cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious and tasteful built-in wardrobes, and a smart TV. Enjoy the comfortable shower with a rain showerhead and treat yourself to a fragrant infusion in your private sauna!
Via a stylish wooden staircase, you reach the second bedroom, located in the cozy gable of the house. The practical built-in wardrobes provide enough storage space for your favorite pieces. The comfortable bed is just the right place to recover after an eventful day. The desk by the window is perfect for relaxed reading or small office tasks. Here too, there is an en-suite bathroom, and the large roof windows and gable shape give the room its special charm.

The gas fireplace is easily operated via an app on your smartphone!

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, you will find a cozy nest upon your arrival. The beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

Also, we would like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.

SERVICE FEE: 29 EUR per booking (This fee contributes to covering the costs of secure transactions, booking efforts, and customer service available around the clock.)
TOURIST TAX: see the regulations of each municipality

At Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as some other direct booking portals, these costs are additionally collected directly by us from the specified booking price.
