The condo also features a cozy living room with an extra king size air mattress in the closet for extra sleeping space, and large flat screen television . Two bathrooms include showers and one bathtub , making mornings easy and convenient. With heating and air conditioning, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. Outdoor in-ground swimming pool in back yard with a grill for family barbecues and steps away from the beautiful white sand and blue ocean.This charming condo invites guests to unwind and enjoy a memorable stay, we even allow your fur babies so no one in your family misses out on the fun. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Please be respectful to any neighbors remember there are 4 apartments in total . Respect others in the pool area and patio area
If you smoke that’s fine just do it in the back or front outside and do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground . Throw them away
When taking your dog outside to use the bathroom please clean up after your pet pick up poop and dispose of it. No dogs using bathroom by pool area .

My name is Kayla and Charles and I own this beautiful beach property . We have two daughters and two sons . We’ve always loved traveling and adore Panama City beach. We also own other properties one in Miami north beach Florida and have multiple rentals in St.Louis Missouri .

Why they chose this property

I absolutely love this area ! It’s so family friendly and pet friendly. It’s awesome how it’s literally steps from the beach and beautiful clear water and white sand . There’s a great restaurant also in walking distance called Schooners . The weather is beautiful and so are the people.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique is how nice it is . It’s perfect there’s no elevators and giant flights of steps and long crowded hallways .And no giant parking garages. When you arrive our condo is ground level so you park directly in the front and walk in just like you would do at your home. It’s just a few steps from the beach . There’s a in ground pool in the back that is also family friendly and we know the owner of the other units we’ve been friends with him and his wife for years so any and everyone staying will be respectful and if there’s any issues I can call him and have it straightened out in no time.
