Inside, you’ll find two queen beds and a peaceful living room and den both with Roku TV’s and a large kitchen perfect for families. The home features two bathrooms, making mornings easy and comfortable. Enjoy a serene atmosphere where you can unwind after a day of river activities. The shared sandy beach is accessed through the main property where there are umbrellas, chairs and water toys for all. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the Colorado River and our “Fun in the Sun” mobile home has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all linens on the beds. If you use the additional blowup beds or the crib, please take the sheets off and pile them in the laundry room.
Wash all pots and pans, dry, and put them away
Return all TV remotes and bed remotes to their marked places
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy.
NO smoking inside the mobile. Please smoke on the Patios and use the appropriate ashtray. Vaping is acceptable inside the Mobile.
Beach access is granted on a personal basis and limited to the rental party. A liability waiver must be signed by renter.

I started coming to the river when I was eight years old, that was in the 60s. My parents bought this property in 1972 belong with our neighbors next-door. The mobile you are staying in was once Riverfront until my parents retired here in 1985 and decided to build the front house in 1993.
We are originally from Southern California where we had 2 acres in the Lake Mathews area. I had horses and livestock while my husband rode motorcycles.
We enjoy sharing the river area with people. It it a fun place for a family getaway.

Our property is 1.1 acres with a main house and our guest house. The property is located on the Colorado River. Although, the guest house is not located river front but is allowed beach access.
