Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Farmacia Salort" 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km. Sports harbour 2.6 km, golf course (9 hole) 4.1 km, surf school 2.4 km, sailing school 2.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
