Upper floor: Garden, patio, two double bedrooms each with an extra single bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, spiral staircase (with safety railing) leading to the lower level: living room with a lounge sofa, separate kitchen with access to the garden, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. From the living room, glass doors lead to the large private garden with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a playhouse. Beautiful panoramic view. Hair dryer. Fan, Wi-Fi connection.

The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linens and towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi. Not included and to be paid on site: use of the washing machine, heating based on consumption, additional bed linens and towels.

For the little ones (and adults too): we recommend the Acqua Village water park in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km).
