The large hillside property with a park-like landscaped garden is fully fenced and located in Syracuse in a rural area away from traffic chaos.

The large area is cultivated with passion and resembles a botanical garden with many exotic trees and plants. The swimming pool (12m x 8m large) and the entire property is private and unobservable. The pool is available from 1st of April to 31th of October.

Shops are only 1-2 km away. The property is about 2 hectares in size, living space approx. 250 sqm. The comfortable, tastefully and nicely furnished house consists of 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x twin), two daylight bathrooms (1 bathroom in the bedroom), very large, bright living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and dryer, terraces (covered and uncovered), large lawn with panoramic views. The house is air-conditioned in summer and winter. From the living room, bedroom and several terraces you can look to the Gulf of Siracusa.
