Designed for effortless beach living, the upstairs features a bright open concept kitchen and family room that flows seamlessly onto a large ocean view deck perfect for entertaining, outdoor dining, and sunset gatherings. Fire up the BBQ, relax with friends, or enjoy your morning coffee with coastal breezes.

On the lower level, unwind in the private spa and gather around the fire pit, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach. All three bedrooms are located downstairs for added privacy, making the layout ideal for families or groups. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to keep the sand where it belongs.

To make your beach days effortless, the home is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers so you can head straight to the sand without a second thought. The home offers three dedicated parking spaces, a rare and valuable amenity in this prime beachside location.

Walk to Stratford Square and Del Mar Plaza for boutique shopping and ocean view restaurants. The Del Mar Racetrack is just a short drive away, and with close freeway access, exploring greater San Diego is simple and convenient. For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry (doorbell camera), parking area, driveway, upper deck, back fence line, and fire pit area. All cameras are outdoors only with no cameras inside the home.

Stunning property. We were in town for a funeral and were so grateful to stay in such an impeccably appointed, gorgeous home with beautiful ocean views. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family with or without kids. Communication was easy and highly responsive. If this place is available, book it immediately.

We’ve stayed at this house for the last several years. The recent remodel made all the difference for us in returning as it was getting a bit rundown. Great job on the remodel and attention to detail with providing all the essentials! The yard is very dog friendly annd secure. The proximity from door to shore can’t be beat. We had a few issues at check in with the TV, missing lighter for the fire pit, and the hot tub was a bit funky. Shawna and team quickly addressed all issues and we were operational in no time. I’d recommend getting rid of the auto-on light feature in the master bathroom and entry way. Any toss or turn during the night would trigger the lights to turn on. We resolved it by placing a towel in front of the sensor. Other than that, it was a great trip! Thanks for the stay!

Great location in Del Mar

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would definitely return to this property! It is a great location super close to the beach. The house is very comfortable and clean! It appears newly remodeled and they did a beautiful job. The upstairs living room and kitchen area is bright with lots of natural light and you can see the ocean from the kitchen sink. There is lots of space with additional upstairs deck with table and seating off of the kitchen. It was also quiet. No loud train sound and only the very occasional car from the road behind if it was a loud motorcycle or sports car. Other than that, we didn't really notice the road.
