The house is a gorgeous, well preserved, and beautifully updated historic home. We loved it!! 5 minute drive to downtown. So easy to find. Plenty of on street and behind the home parking.
Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Host!We had a wonderful stay at June’s beautiful historic home! The property was exactly as described, and she has done an amazing job with the renovations while maintaining the home’s historic charm. Our children, ages 11, 10, and 4, thoroughly enjoyed their stay due to the playroom and toys provided, as did my husband and me and our parents. It was a perfect place for our family to spend time together while in town for a family wedding!June was an exceptional host and incredibly responsive. During our stay, a smoke detector began chirping due to a low battery. We offered to replace it ourselves, but unfortunately, it was located too high above the staircase for us to safely reach. June promptly arranged for her handyman to come by the next day to address it, along with replacing a lightbulb that was out on the back staircase. What really stood out was June’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. After checking out, we realized our four-year-old had accidentally left behind his iPad and headphones. June responded immediately and offered to have them overnighted to us the very next day! That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area and highly recommend June’s beautiful home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!
