Lakeview Canyon is a spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bath Bear Lake retreat sleeping up to 26 guests. Enjoy stunning lake and canyon views with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, frequent deer sightings, a relaxing hot tub, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Perfect for reunions and large family vacations, the home features seating for 20+ guests inside with additional outdoor picnic seating on the back deck. Enjoy one of the area’s best-stocked kitchens, plus both a BBQ grill and Blackstone griddle for easy group meals. Save room in the car when packing for babies and toddlers! The house is equipped with two high chairs and two porta-cribs. Several games are provided for your entertainment, including a Wii U game console.

Shannon is a great host! She took the time to keep in touch with me throughout the booking process and questions we had while we were staying at the property. The house had more than enough space for the amount of people we had staying, including parking. The check-in process was easy as well as the check-out. The hot tub looked questionable when we first got there but Shannon assured us that the hot tub just had maintenance and it would look better throughout our stay, which it did! Having additional beach/lake equipment was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect size for our group of 18 adults and was conveniently located just 15 minutes from town.The house was very clean and exceptionally well stocked with kitchen supplies and equipment. We especially enjoyed using both the grill and the Blackstone for breakfast and dinner. There was also a closet full of games, plus cornhole on the deck, which made for a lot of fun during our downtime.The views from the back deck were beautiful, and we even saw several deer during our stay. Parking was plentiful—we had seven SUVs, and there was plenty of room for all of them, including two in the garage.We did have a minor issue with the entry code when we first arrived, but Shannon was incredibly responsive and helped us get inside quickly.Overall, this was a fantastic property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home for a large group.

We want to feel like we are home when we gather at Bear Lake and want the same for you. Make this your home away from home and not just another vacation rental. We try and think of everything to help you not stress and make for easy planning and packing preparing for your next trip here.

Why they chose this property

We gave up our mountain property in Colorado to choose a more central location for our family to gather. This property collides the best of mountain and lake living! We enjoy sunrises, sunsets, wildlife, and lake views all from this magnificent space.

What makes this property unique

It is so important to us that anyone who stays in this house feels right at home. No need to improvise or go without your favorite kitchen gadgets. We want you to show up and get straight to relaxing and enjoying family and friends. We understand babies and toddlers as we already have four grandkids and MANY more to come. There are several toddler dishes, two high chairs, two porta-cribs, and toys to make your stay super family friendly.

This house has a tankless water heater so you'll never run out of hot water when you have a house full of people wanting to shower after a day at the lake or prepping for the day.
